| PERIMETER
PEST PREVENTION PROGRAM The goal of the "PERIMETER PEST PREVENTION PROGRAM" is to provide control of pest infestations and to prevent future infestations BEFORE insects invade your home. Regardless of the time of year, unwanted pests continually try to infest your home. 90% of all pest come from the outside. By treating the perimeter of your home, pests can be stopped in their tracks before getting inside and potentially cause health problems and even damage. Quite simply, think of the "PERIMETER PEST PREVENTION PROGRAM" as a life preserver for your home. The exterior of your home is encircled with a band of protection, forming a barrier against unwanted pest. Treatments are performed on a monthly basis. |

| QUARTERLY
PEST CONTROL PROGRAMS This valuable program is the traditional standard program that successfully controls many common pests. Inside treatment of crack & crevices where insects live will be treated thru out all rooms including garage, basement, Outside perimeter is treated along foundation ground line with lower level windows, door frames and where pipes, vents protrude out from foundations (ie: water lines, drier vents, etc.). Services are performed on a Quarterly basis. |

| SEASONAL
TREATMENT PROGRAM This valuable service is for the customer that wants only seasonal service. Consist of three treatments per year. Treatments are performed in spring, summer, and fall. A perimeter treatment is performed by our trained pest control operator, in which a truck mounted power rig is used to perform treatment. The PMP will treat up the foundation of the building approx. 2-3 feet and out around the building approx. 8-10 feet (granular products may be used instead of liquid at times, due to weather). Leaving behind a band of protection against insects. The treatment will not hurt plants, flowers, etc., (kids, people, pets, should stay off treated areas till dry). This program can control over 60 of the most common pests. |

| TICK
CONTROL PROGRAM This valuable service consists of three treatments per year. Treatments are performed in spring, summer and fall. Areas prone to tick infestation are treated ie: grass areas, high weed areas, along foundations, rock walls, rail road ties etc., UNLIKE LAWN CARE COMPANIES TREATMENTS for ticks, our treatments are designed to target all types of ticks and if inside treatment is required there will be no extra charge. LAWN CARE COMPANIES ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO TREAT THE INSIDE OF YOUR HOME!!! |

| INTEGRATED
PEST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (IPM) The IPM program uses monitoring stations, glue boards, bait stations, exclusion methods and mechanical alterations and at times pesticides to control insect populations. This program concentrates on non chemical methods to control insects. This program is used in schools, offices, and for customers who are concerned about pesticides. Call for details. |

| TERMITE
MONITORING PROGRAM Termite monitors are inserted into the soil along the perimeter of the foundation. These monitors are inspected regularly to indicate if termites are present. If activity is found proper control measures (soil treatment, wood treatment, baiting) can be performed. Call for details. |
